Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations for a busy fabrication and powder coating shop. This role handles everything from day-to-day accounting to inventory tracking and plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and general accounting functions

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Reconcile bank statements and financial records

Maintain accurate financial reports and assist with month-end close

Track and manage inventory costs and materials usage

Process invoices, payments, and vendor communications

Maintain and update records in QuickBooks
-
Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and expense monitoring

Support payroll entry and time tracking as needed

Ensure accuracy and organization of all financial documentation
Qualifications

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (industrial or shop environment is a plus)

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks

Experience with AR/AP and general ledger management

Familiarity with inventory tracking or material costing preferred

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
