We’re hiring experienced Industrial Machine Repair Level III Technicians for a high-performance manufacturing facility in Jamestown, NY. This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong pay, long-term stability, and real responsibility.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the backbone of equipment reliability by:
• Troubleshooting, assembling, installing, and maintaining complex mechanical systems
• Performing preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
• Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC equipment, conveyors, robotics, and automation
• Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Completing machine layouts and installations
• Coaching and mentoring apprentices and junior techs
• Identifying process constraints and contributing to continuous improvement
• Upholding strict safety standards around electrical and energy control systems

Minimum Requirements (One of the Following):
• 7+ years of relevant trade experience
• Journeyman Trade Certificate with relevant experience
• OR 2-year technical degree + 3 years in Machine Repair / Industrial Electrical
