Duration: Through approximately August 24, 2026
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (40-55 hours per week)
Pay depending upon experience, per diem offered for non local candidates
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily field operations on a industrial project. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact between field personnel, customers, and management while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience coordinating field operations, and the ability to manage schedules, resources, and workforce productivity in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations and workforce activities.

Act as the liaison between field personnel, customers, and management.

Prepare and maintain daily and weekly site reports.

Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and project resources.

Monitor project schedules, productivity, quality, and safety compliance.

Maintain positive customer relationships and address site concerns promptly.

Track project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles.

Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Assist with employee scheduling and workforce coordination.

Support problem-solving efforts and implement corrective actions as needed.

Read and interpret blueprints and project documentation.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.
Qualifications

Previous experience as a Site Manager, Superintendent, Project Coordinator, or similar leadership role.

Background in industrial construction, conveyor installation, material handling systems, or related industries preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

Experience coordinating multiple trades, resources, and project schedules.

Strong attention to detail and reporting capabilities.

PMP Certification is a plus.

Associate degree or additional construction-related education is preferred.

Willingness to travel nationwide for extended project assignments.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, when required.
