Per Diem: $150/day (paid 7 days per week for qualifying traveling employees)

We're looking for experienced Forging Press Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Morristown, Tennessee. If you have experience setting up and operating forging presses and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do
- Set up forging presses for production runs.
- Perform press operation in accordance with established setup procedures (Master Cards).
- Set up and adjust billet tracks, sprayers, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot forging presses and spray systems.
- Produce quality parts that meet customer and company specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform routine equipment adjustments and minor maintenance.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Assist with additional production duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous forging press or heavy manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience performing machine setups and equipment adjustments.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $35.00/hour and Up depending on experience
- $150/day Per Diem (paid 7 days per week for qualifying travelers)
