We’re seeking top-tier welders who are ready to prove themselves and earn top dollar. This job isn’t for rookies. You’ll need to ace a weld test series that’ll separate the best from the rest.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Fabricating high-pressure vessels using flux core and combo welding processes. You’ll be tested on plate and pipe welds—your work must speak for itself.
Weld Test Breakdown (Don’t Skip This):
Step 1 – 5F Plate (3/8” Multi-Pass Filler)
MUST pass this visual test or you’re done.
Step 2 – GTAW/FCAW 6G Pipe (2.5” XXS)
Root pass inspected. Fail? Test ends.
Step 3 – FCAW Plate
2G, 3G, 4G on 1/2” plate
Root pass inspected again.
Step 4 – GMAW Plate
2G & 3G with open root.
3G has vertical down root, rest vertical up.
Step 5 – GTAW Plate
2G & 3G on 1/2” plate with open root.
Final cuts and bends for inspection.
Weld tests take 2.5–4.5 hours.
6G small diameter pipe (Flux + TIG) is a plus but not required.
