What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll fabricate and install essential metal components aboard active shipbuilding projects. This includes ventilation systems, foundations, bulkheads, shipboard furniture, and more—bringing together strength, precision, and performance in every weld, cut, and bend.
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of marine, industrial, or aircraft sheet metal experience

Ability to:
-
Read and interpret complex blueprints, sketches, and weld symbols

Work with fractional and decimal dimensions
-
Layout and fabricate parts with accuracy
-
Use hand tools and shop equipment: grinders, shears, rivet guns, drill press, press brake, etc.

Follow OSHA safety standards and work in a physically demanding environment
Bonus Skills That’ll Set You Apart:

Rigger/Material Handling experience

Mobile equipment operation (JLG, scissor lifts, etc.)
