Are you a top-tier technician who thrives on solving the toughest problems and turning wrenches with pride? We’re looking for an experienced and driven Level One Fleet Technician to join our elite team supporting a busy, high-demand fleet operation in the Lexington and Winchester, KY area.

Diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel engines with precision.

Perform full engine overhauls and handle everything from routine maintenance to intricate diagnostics.

Utilize advanced diagnostic software such as IDS, Insite, and other OEM platforms.

Work both in-shop and on-site at fleet customer locations.

Maintain high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate findings and repair timelines clearly and professionally.

Advanced hands-on experience with diesel and gas engine diagnostics.

Strong skills with diagnostic platforms like IDS, Insite, and others.

Proven ability to complete engine rebuilds/overhauls, electrical troubleshooting, and all major fleet system repairs.

Must be comfortable working both in the shop and in the field.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus.
