What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.
Daily responsibilities include:

Troubleshooting mechanical equipment and production machinery
-
Installing, assembling, and maintaining industrial equipment
-
Repairing CNC machines, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
-
Performing preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance
-
Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
-
Assisting with machine layouts and equipment installations
-
Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
-
Coaching and mentoring less experienced technicians
What We're Looking For
Experience in one or more of the following:

7+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR

Journeyman Certification OR

Associate's Degree/Technical Degree with relevant industrial maintenance experience
