CraftForce is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a long-term manufacturing opportunity in Lexington, Tennessee. We are looking for skilled professionals with experience operating fabrication equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay & Benefits

Starting at $36.00+ per hour, depending on experience

$125/day non-taxed per diem paid 7 days per week for qualified travelers

$0.50/hour Perfect Attendance Bonus paid for every hour worked

Shift Requirements
Candidates must be willing to work:
2nd and 3rd Shift
2:30 PM – 10:30 PM and 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Job Responsibilities
-
Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and equipment, including:
-
Brake Presses
-
Turret Presses
-
CNC CO2 Laser Cutters
-
Fiber Optic Laser Cutters (Mitsubishi)
-
Equipment utilizing Fanuc Controls
-
-
Set up machinery and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance and precision.
-
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and fabrication specifications.
-
Produce quality parts that meet customer and engineering requirements.
-
Perform routine quality inspections and measurements throughout the production process.
-
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate maintenance needs when necessary.
-
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and production goals.
-
Assist with inventory management of raw materials and consumables.
-
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
Qualifications
-
Experience operating Brake Presses, Turret Presses, CNC Laser Cutting equipment, or similar fabrication machinery.

Experience with Mitsubishi laser systems preferred.

Experience working with Fanuc controls preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Manufacturing and metal fabrication experience required.
