Referral Program Policy
This Referral Program Policy applies to everyone who refers a candidate to our company.
What is an employee referral bonus?
Our company will provide monetary compensation to referrers, who qualify under this program. If you know someone who you think would be a good fit for a job opening, please feel free to refer them to us! If we hire your referred candidate, you are eligible for a $200 USD referral bonus after they work at least 300 hours.
Additional rules for rewards:
- CraftForce must be advised by the referring party or expressly acknowledged by the applicant that they were referred (and by whom) at or before the first interview, and before onboarding. This applicant must be new to CraftForce, meaning they haven’t worked with us previously, or applied to any previous positions or already been referred by someone else.
- We guarantee that rewards will be paid out within 30 days of the referred candidate successfully working more than 300 hours from the date we hired them.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. All rewards will be paid accordingly. However, please keep in mind that rewards may be subject to taxation. Our accounting team may require a Form W9 to be filled out and returned in compliance with IRS regulations.
- If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive a referral rewards payment. Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a candidate is hired at a later time or gets hired for another position within CraftForce.
Who can participate in our employee referral program?
All employees, vendors, contractors, consultants and former employees are eligible to refer candidates are eligible to participate in our referral program.
Recruiters and hiring managers for positions for which they’re hiring are not eligible to receive the referral bonus.
