THESE ARE THE QUESTIONS WE GET MOST OFTEN.

If you have additional questions, contact us

What is CraftForce?

CraftForce is a Labor Contractor. We recruit skilled workers for industrial construction and manufacturing projects.

Are you hiring?

Yes, we have openings! Please visit our job site to start applying for jobs. You can also reach one of our recruiters by calling 855.40.FORCE or emailing resumes@craftforce.com.

Where can I take safety training from CraftForce?

Safety training through SafeForce can be completed from any device, at any time before getting to the job site.

How do you find workers?

Our recruiting team is always searching for the right fit between employee and employer. We advertise the openings, contact our current employees for referrals, and constantly visit trade schools to build relationships with the next generation of skilled workers.

How much does CraftForce cost for workers?

How much does it cost for employers?

We tailor our services to suit each client, but we offer staffing, direct, and temp-to-direct services. Please check out our Start Hiring page for more details and contact our staffing director, Justin Denham today. Justin@craftforce.com, 513.580.7148.

Do you work with ex-felons?

Yes, we are able to place people who have felony convictions with many of our clients. Having a conviction is not a disqualification for getting employment.

Do you work with veterans?

Yes, CraftForce works hard to recruit veterans from all backgrounds and skill sets.

Do you offer training?

CraftForce provides general awareness training for all of our hires via SafeForce, but we do not provide hard skills training or site-specific training. If you would like us to refer you to a trade school in your area, just let one of our recruiters know. And if you are an employer, we can help to build your site-specific training online at SafeForce, so your workers are trained and ready to go!

I have friends that are skilled. How do I refer them?

CraftForce truly values word-of-mouth referrals. So much so, that we’ll pay current/previous employees $200 for each friend you refer after that friend works 300 hours for CraftForce. They just need to be a first-time hire and mention your name at the time of their hire!

Will CraftForce help me with my resume?

You bet! Our recruiters are resume experts, so if you need a hand with format or content, just give us a call at 855.40.FORCE or contact us here. CraftForce has highly-skilled recruiters that will be happy to help you personally build or customize your application.
