We’re hiring experienced Industrial Electricians – Level III for a high-volume manufacturing facility in Jamestown, NY. This is a direct hire role with strong hourly pay, steady work, and advanced automation exposure.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll keep production running by:
• Troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems
• Working with PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, CNC equipment, robotics, and automation controls
• Supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Diagnosing control system faults and restoring equipment safely and efficiently
• Programming machines and automation systems as needed
• Reading schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Coaching apprentices and junior electricians
• Supporting continuous improvement and TPM initiatives
• Maintaining strict safety practices around electrical and energy control systems
What We’re Looking For
You bring:
Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience
Controls and automation knowledge
Comfort working independently and leading others
A safety-first mindset (NFPA 70E awareness preferred)
Manufacturing environment experience
Minimum Requirements (One of the Following):
• 7+ years in an electrical/industrial trade
• Journeyman Electrician Certificate with experience
• OR 2-year technical degree + 3 years in industrial electrical/machine repair
